QUEZON-1 DISTRICT OFFICERS MEETING

Last November 6, the President of the Quezon-1 District Teachers and Employees League called for a meeting for us officers including the representaive of each school. The agenda of the meeting were: a) turn-over of the sinking fund, b)review/finalization of the Q1DTEL Constitution and By-Law, c) district publication, d) others...

Pamistang Handog- October 10, 2008

I would like to apologize if my post won't be arranged chronologically because some of my pictures cannot be retrieved from my flash drive for it was infected with virusesusesuses....lol...


Anyways, here's my first recall.

Last October 10, 2008, the District of Quezon-1, Quezon, Bukidnon, sponsored a so-called Pamistang Handog sa Bayan... It was a showcase of talents of the teachers and studnets of different schools in the district. The performers were: teachers and pupils of all public elementary schools, teachers and pupils of St. Therese Learning Center, and pupils of Quezon SDA Elementary School...

I was one of the members of the Decoration Committee of the said Program. We were being assigned by our Schools District Supervisor, Mrs. Evelyn C. Caballes.... Here are some of the pictures taken before the program......

The series of presentations dayon ang nisunod... So far, the people of Quezon enjoyed watching different numbers during the Program.... Others performed dance numbers: modern, interpretative, ethnic, etc., songs, comical skits, guitar playing, and more.... mga quarter to 11 na nahuman ang program.....

"I'm Back--nakabalik nko"

Sa kadugay nga panahon, wala nako naka post dinhi sa blogger..... daghan na nga panghitabo na nahitabo sa 'kong kinabuhi..hehehehe.... starting from July, I have been very busy with my life, e.i., my job, my family life, my personal life, etc..etc..etc.etc...etc....
I'll update this blogsite from now on since I'm having my study leave..I was given the opportunity to be one of the grantees of the DepEd-BSU Graduate Scholarship Grant which started last April and will end up March by next year... I'm taking Master of Arts in Education, Major in Mathematics Teaching......hehehehe... math kuno pero sige og ka nosebleed....
As of this moment, I'm here at the College of Law building of Bukidnon State University since naa signal dri ang wi-fi...Mao nga ako na pud gitake ang opportunity to write this for my blog... Actually, our summer class ended last May 22 but I'm still here at BSU to finish my baby thesis entitled "The Effects of Activity Booklets in Decimals on the Performance of Multigrade Pupils", which was a requirement in ED 203 (Methods of Research).... The deadline will be on Friday. Hopefullly, I can finish my research on Thrusday....
For now, kana lang sa ako ma update... I'll tell my tales from August to March sa mga next blogs nako... Ting paniudto na man gud.... Alas 12 na kapin...
So, maayong udto sa tanan ug abangan ang susunod nga mga kabanata.....

"Seminar_Workshop in Teaching Reading"-july 11-12

Last July 11 and 12, 2008, we had a seminar_workshop on CURRENT APPROACHES AND TEACHNIQUES IN TEACHING READING at the Conference Room of our school. The facilitators/speakers were: Mrs. Madelyn M. Ginete, me, Mr. Alexander P. Cepeda (our school principal), and Mrs. Elvisa B. Mabida. Along with that is the CONSTRUCTION OF INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS.... The aim of this was to make every child in Grades 1 and 2 a reader. The participants were the Grades 1 and 2 teachers...........

DepEd Bukidnon Dentists visit QCES



Last June 25, 2008, the dentists from the division office headed by Dr. Rosie Abadiano visited our school as it was their schedule to visit us. Grade 1 to 3 pupils were in their priority list for tooth inspection and extraction....Here are some pix that i have taken during the said activity... I was not able to get more shots for i was busy with my own class...........

PAMET Bukidnon Chooses QCES in Safeguard's Laging Handa Program

Last week, June 27 particularly, Friday, Medical Technologists throughout the Province of Bukidnon visited our school to orient the teachers and pupils on Safeguard's Laging Handa Program. Throughout the province, they have chosen Malaybalay City Central School and our school to be the recipient of the said program. They conducted a short lecture. They have shown to us how to wash our hands properly through a video. After the orientation, the school received some leaflets, small bags, and pouches of soaps in cartons.
